The following cases pending before Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat were withdrawn by the department-

(i) Tax Appeal No. 1550 of 2008 filed by the Commissioner of Customs Vs M/s Sharu Steels Pvt. Ltd.

(ii) Tax Appeal No. 614 of 2013 filed by the Commissioner of Customs Vs M/s Tarus Shipping Pvt. Ltd.

(iii) Tax Appeal No. 615 of 2013 filed by the Commissioner of Customs Vs M/s Shakti Clearing Agency.

(iv) Appeal No. C/12163/2014 filed by Commissioner of Customs Vs. M/s Genus Electrotech Ltd before the Hon’ble CESTAT is withdrawn by department.
